There is one flaw in your otherwise nifty toon--and that is that it assumes Chiraq even has warm-fuzzy feelings to get Saddam to disarm. I have decided that he doesn't really care. :)
At any rate, keep up the good work.
Posted by PoliBlogger at March 12, 2003 11:00 AMlike how the wick get shorter with each frame.
Posted by RT at March 12, 2003 07:04 PMDidja also notice how Jacques Chirac sounded like he had taken lessons from Johnny Cochran?
Posted by Bill H at March 13, 2003 01:40 AM...now if only the bomb would explode with Chirac standing there...
Posted by Sam the Small at March 13, 2003 07:28 AMYa know, in the second frame he looks a little like Mr Magoo. Very appropriate.
Well, maybe Blix as Magoo would be appropriate also...
Posted by Chrees at March 13, 2003 01:24 PMChrees ... I thought the same thing. But Blix as Magoo is even better. They're both blind!
Posted by Allen Forkum at March 13, 2003 02:11 PMWhat's on Chirac's sleeve?
Posted by Aaron at March 13, 2003 04:13 PMAaron ... That was supposed to be a French flag. It got lost in the translation, so to speak.
Posted by Allen Forkum at March 13, 2003 04:21 PMSam the Small,
Don't worry, this entire mess will shortly blow up in Chirac's face, and I, for one, can't wait.
Posted by Brandi in AZ at March 15, 2003 10:28 PMThink we'll find some french missiles to go with the HTBD? What a P.O.S.
Who armed Saddam? Couldn't have been the Soviets and the french now, could it?
