Cox and Forkum, you guys rock!
I would like to see a cartoon of a Supreme Court Judge dressed up like Carnac the Majician holding up an envelope to his head and divining a "public consensus" like in the death penalty case.
I always check your site (and have purchased a few tshirts) because you guys cut through the commentary with cartoons that make strong, concise and deadly points. How about one with a genie (freedom) out of the bottle and all the middle east despots scrambling to put back the cork? Keep up the good work.
I ceise the opportunity to post a comment on your blog to express my admiration for your work. You'll be pleased to know that you're beeing read in France !!!
As a matter of fact I discovered your work after starting Blog à part, which turns out to be a twin blog of C&F !
Please be my guest and have a look at it at http://www.blogapart.info, I'd be pleased to hear from you.
I started this blog 5 months ago and since then I have been working for Lycos in France : http://www.actualite.lycos.fr/
I wanted you to know that i read you regulary, and really appreciate your work, insofar as we have a different editorial cartoon culture here in France (less graphic).
Keep up the good work !
Julo from France
John & Allen,
Happy "blogiversary"! I will mention your new book in my updated post, BOOKS IN THE MAIL. Thanks again for the book with the "Nordic Beauty" cartoon!
All the Best,
Martin Lindeskog - American in spirit.
Woohoo! First Fox News now C&F, Canada is doomed. :-)
Keep up the good work. Success is sure to continue
A Canadian blog, Gods of the Copybook Headings (http://godscopybook.blogs.com), has already used your wonderful and essentialized cartoons to invade Canada.
Sure, its not publishing, but they were viewed by approximately three Canadian readers. An improvement, to say the least.
(The fact that Im one of the authors who runs that particular blog has of course nothing to do with this post... move along folks, nothing to see here.)
In any case, the two of you have done an excellent job of keeping the rational elements of North America entertained and informed. Please keep it up.

Pain and Suffering
You lose gravitas by making ignorant mistakes. It should read "AD 32".
No, it's not a matter of taste.
